Terms of service

Product policy · Updated October 2, 2026

Your images and instructions

Use images you own or have permission to edit. You retain your rights in the images you upload. You authorize us and the service providers needed for your request to process those images to provide editing, generation, storage and support. Do not submit unlawful content or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Requests and generated results are checked for content-policy violations.

AI acceptable use policy (AUP)

This policy is part of our Terms of service. It applies to prompts, uploads, reference images, image editing, text-to-image generation and generated results. Do not request, upload, generate or distribute the following content through this service, or attempt to bypass its safety checks. These restrictions apply even when a model can produce the requested content.

  • Sexual and NSFW content. Pornography, sexually explicit images, sexual services, sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate images are prohibited.
  • Violence and gore. Do not create graphic violence, gore, depictions of torture, threats, or content that promotes or encourages physical harm.
  • Hate and harassment. Do not produce hateful, discriminatory or dehumanizing content, promote extremist violence, or target people with abuse or harassment.
  • Child safety and CSAM. Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation or other content endangering children is prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
  • Deepfakes, impersonation and deception. Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, fabricate evidence, conduct fraud, or misrepresent generated images as authentic records. Do not use a person’s likeness without the permission or other lawful basis required for that use.
  • Copyright, trademark and other rights. Do not upload, edit or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Obtain the necessary rights to reference images, logos and other protected material; do not create counterfeit or falsely endorsed content.

All other unlawful uses are prohibited. You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use or publish a result. Payment or a subscription does not exempt you from this policy.

Content review and safety checks

AI tasks use automated checks on prompts and submitted images before generation, and on generated images before delivery. SEEAPI provides text and image safety screening; image-provider safeguards also apply. A flagged input can be rejected, and a flagged output is withheld. A task that fails these checks releases its reserved credits under our normal task rules. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee detection of every prohibited category or rights violation.

Our team reviews reported content and suspected violations, using the report, relevant task records and available evidence. We may request additional information or proof of authorization. Access for a review is limited to what is needed to investigate and enforce this policy; normal private projects are not a public gallery. Basic edits performed entirely in your browser are not sent to our AI screening services, but the acceptable use rules still apply.

Violations and account consequences

If we identify unlawful content, infringement or another violation of these terms, we may reject a request, block access to or remove affected content, issue a warning, restrict generation, suspend or terminate an account, and cancel its subscription and future renewals. We consider the severity, evidence and repeated abuse when deciding what action to take. Serious violations can result in immediate action without a prior warning. Do not create another account to evade a restriction.

We may preserve relevant evidence and respond to lawful requests or make reports to the appropriate authorities where legally required, including in child-safety matters. Where permitted and practicable, we explain the restriction to the account holder. You may ask for a review through the reporting channel below. Enforcement does not remove applicable statutory rights; refund requests remain subject to the individual review described in these terms.

Report abuse, infringement or an incorrect decision

Use our abuse-reporting and contact form or the support email listed below. Start your message with “Content report” or “Appeal”. Include a task or project reference, the relevant page or account identifier, the reason for your report and a reply address. For a rights complaint, identify the protected work or trademark and explain your authority to report it.

Do not attach or redistribute illegal imagery, especially suspected CSAM. Provide identifiers and a brief description instead. We review the report, may ask for supporting information, and take the action supported by the findings. For an appeal, explain why the decision was incorrect and include any relevant permission. We communicate the outcome where possible without exposing another user’s private data.

AI models used by this service

Image generation and AI image editing use GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst (the GPT Image model family), accessed through APIMART. The model identifier sent with these requests is gpt-image-2.5-sunburst. APIMART is our API service provider; it is not the name of the image model.

  • Request understanding, editing plans and result review use GPT-6 Sol (gpt-6-sol) through APIMART.
  • Subject selection and segmentation use SAM 3 (Segment Anything Model 3) through fal.ai. SAM 3 selects image regions; it does not generate the replacement image.
  • SEEAPI supplies text and image moderation. Free browser cropping, rotation, flipping, resizing and format conversion do not call a generative model.

Model names follow the active provider identifiers. See the provider’s GPT Image model description. Generated images are AI output and can contain errors; model use does not establish ownership, accuracy or permission to use a result.

Generated results

AI output can contain mistakes, including inaccurate text, colors, shapes and identity details. Review a result before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee that every result is unique, accurate or suitable for a particular commercial use. Resolution labels such as 4K are provider settings; delivered pixel dimensions can vary.

Credits and task charges

The displayed task price covers one delivered result. Multiple requested edits may be included in that task. Credits are reserved when an AI task is accepted and charged when its result is saved and delivered. Failed tasks release the reservation under the original credit validity rules. Internal correction and technical recovery do not add another charge. A new variation requested after delivery is a new task. Free basic editing does not consume AI credits.

Plans and renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions charge the displayed annual amount and renew annually; their credits are allocated by month rather than all at once. Monthly subscription credits expire with their credit period. Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire. Prices, currency and any applicable checkout charges are shown before payment. Stop future renewal from your account; doing so does not extend the current paid period.

Changing a subscription

Waffo handles payment confirmation and subscription changes. A confirmed change that has not taken effect cannot be withdrawn or replaced. You can change again after the new plan takes effect. Changes may disable reactivation of the original subscription. The confirmation summary explains the target plan, timing and applicable restrictions. You can still request that future automatic charges stop.

Refund requests

Send refund requests to customer support by email with the account email, order reference and reason. Support reviews each request individually. We do not offer a blanket unconditional refund promise. This policy does not exclude rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

Storage and account deletion

Storage allowances apply to original files, saved versions and recoverable deleted items. When storage is full, free up space or choose a plan with sufficient storage before submitting new tasks. Project deletion provides a seven-day recovery window. Account deletion disables access immediately and starts cancellation of future subscription charges; the account screen reports the actual cancellation state. You can verify your identity to restore the account within seven days. Restoration does not restart renewal, reissue trial credits or extend existing credit expiry dates.
